OUR MISSION
The mission of ICGC Islamic Weekend School is to provide a healthy loving environment to build a strong Islamic foundation in the lives of our students through the study of the Arabic language, a comprehensive sound Islamic and Quranic education, and mutual respect and support for one another.
OUR VISION
Our vision is to ignite the love and intrinsic motivation within our students to learn the basics of their religion and promote generations of well-rounded Muslim Americans.

Ignite the Love for Allah and his Messenger
In the hearts, minds, and souls of our children guiding them to a deeper more personal relationship with the creator.
Basic Islamic Education
- Quran, Hadith, Memorization, Prayer, Pillars of Islam, …etc.
- Prepare our youth with the Islamic knowledge and spirituality necessary to their modern day lives.
Embrace Muslim American Identity
- Cultivating courage and confidence
- Strengthening values, beliefs, and characteristics
- Encouraging spiritually & physically healthy interests, talents, roles, and goals
Relevant to Now
- Islamic approach to understanding the meaning to life, minds, experiences, and behaviors
- Learn from the stories of the prophets and Islamic history
- Contemporary application of Islamic teachings on current issues
Model Islamic Etiquette, Manners and Behavior
- Derived from the Quran and Sunnah

About ICGC Weekend School
We want to welcome you to the Islamic Weekend school here at ICGC. It is our objective to provide a healthy, rewarding, enriching learning environment for our students.
The school will meet once a week on Sunday. Within this time, we are committed to provide a comprehensive sound Islamic education to help our students appreciate and understand Islam – its rich heritage, principles, values, teachings, and application to their modern day lives. As a result, we hope IWS will encourage our youth to be more confident in their identity, beliefs, manners, and incorporate their religion into every aspect of their lives.
