Registration Process

Step 1
Parent/Guardian Information
- After opening the registration window, fill up the form with correct information
- Input your first name
- Your last name
- Your phone number
- Your email address
- Click “Next” for the later steps
Step 2
Spouse Information
- Fill up information about your spouse in this section
- Input first name
- Last name
- Email address
- Click the “Next” button


Step 3
Student Information
- Provide the information about grades, birthdate of student.
- You may add more than one student at a time by clicking the “+” button on the upper right side.
- Enter first name and last name
- Enter DOB, Gender, grades
After completing the student information section, the students who are requesting for financial assistance, are not required to fill up payment section in the registration procedure. Just make note of the Registration ID showed in the payment section. Please kindly contact at the administration office with necessary documents.
